YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING
Enhance all aspects of athletic performance with plyometric, metabolic, and aerobic drills. Improve speed, quickness, power, explosiveness, balance, deceleration, body control, reaction, & coordination. Technical form is also broken down and corrected to facilitate improvement through all phases of running.
There will be 3 groups of 50 kids boys and girls.
Schedule for March 12th, 13th, and 14th:
Ages 5-8yrs: 5:30PM-6:30PM
Ages 9-12yrs: 6:30PM-7:30PM
Ages 13&Up: 7:30PM-9PM
