ROBOTICS WORKSHOP FOR KIDS (GRADES 1-6) AT CAMERON UNIVERSITY

STEM ACHIEVEMENT FOUNDATION (SAF) PRESENTS: ROBOTICS WORKSHOP FOR KIDS (GRADES 1-6) AT CAMERON UNIVERSITY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CAMERON UNIVERSITY WOMENS’ BASKETBALL TEAM

On game day the STEM/Robotics workshop will be held at the Aggie Gym before the game Date: Saturday, December 5, 2015 Time: 12:30pm – 1:45pm Participates will get free entrance to the women’s basketball game.

WORKSHOP SUMMARY: ROBOTICS with LEGO WeDo (Grades 1 – 6) Students will build robots with our hands-on robotics project materials. This engages and energizes the minds of the students – they learn Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math concepts in a safe environment while playing with LEGO computer integrated elements. The STEM Achievement Foundation’s mission is to ensure the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education and achievement of young students (Grades K-12) from all backgrounds. SAF regular STEM/Robotics classes are held at the STEM Center at the Armed Services YMCA on Cache (900 NW Cache Rd). STEM Achievement Foundation.
