With the DOMINION WAR raging on, and a vast number of your ship either committed to or lost in the great battles, your Fleet Command has few ships to counter threats on other borders, an open invitation to invasion. Thus they have placed you in command of a group of light starships to guard your borders. This group consists mostly of mothballed starships, reserve fleet vessels, science ships and sublight raiders. Can you protect your people from whatever enemy lurks across the border?

100 Point Fleet Build, 4 Ship Minimum.
ALL ships must have a Base SP of 20 or Less, with a final SP of 30 or Less.
NO Resource cards may be used.
NO Admiral cards may be used.
ALL Captains must have a Final/Adjusted Skill of 5 or Less at the start of the Tournament.
ALL Upgrades must have a Final/Adjusted SP Cost of 3 or Less. Note: “Free” Upgrades must still fall within the SP cost of 3 rule, even though they are not added into the cost.
