These are two classic one-act plays from a comedic genius. Both plays focus on love. In the first, two young ladies are seeking their future mates. They spurn their father’s selections, so the jilted suitors send their servants to woo them and of course the young ladies fall for these new candidates. In the second an elderly man has been cultivating his bride only to have her stolen away by a more age appropriate suitor.
