"Let's Flamingle" pottery painting is a really fun design that would look soooo cute on a summer table when entertaining friends. The $10 class fee covers instruction and all supplies, you will buy your pottery when you come to class. They will help you with this, step-by-step...they'll even help you with the lettering.
The theme this year is “Lawton proud- A New Day.” Dinner and entertainment will be provided. Tickets are $50 in advance and $75 for general admission.
This is a one week residential enrichment program sponsored by Cameron University for high school students.
The Lawton Coalition of Motorcyclist and Signal 4 is providing an opportunity for you to help our veterans. Donate t-shirts, socks, hygiene items etc. and receive a raffle ticket for each donated item.
Registration begins at 7:30am. Cash prizes will be awarded at 3:30pm. Live music will be performed by the Signal 4 Band.
This will be YP Lawton's first official civic event. There will be multiple projects going on in the same area. They will be working on the pool – cleaning and painting, painting a playground, and doing standard yard work –trimming bushes and trees.
The Junior Citizens Police Academy sponsored by the LPD will take place June 26-30 or July 17-21. The academy is free and open to teens in the area between the ages of 13 and 17. Applications are due by June 19th.
Admission is free and a reception will follow the performance.
